Queens Attorney Emiliano Perez
Emiliano Perez is an attorney admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York and Florida, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the Southern District of Florida. He has been practicing law since 2009, when he was first admitted to the New York Bar.
Mr. Perez focuses on estate planning and real estate matters, helping individuals, families, and business owners protect their assets, plan for the future, and navigate important transactions. He assists clients with the preparation of wills and trusts, incapacity planning, and long-term care planning, including strategies for protecting assets in connection with Medicaid eligibility.
